BECOMING THE WOMAN I WAS ALWAYS MEANT TO BE

Donna Metta Jordan has expanded, refined and evolved

-better than ever.

Because I’ve navigated my own journey through change, loss, and renewal, I know how disorienting life’s major turning points can be. That’s how I meet you here — not as an expert on a pedestal, but as a woman who has walked through the fire and found her way home.

The same whisper that once woke me up is calling out to the women I now serve. And perhaps, it is calling out to you.

I’m honored to walk beside you as you find your way back to you. Let’s begin.

I guide and support women through life’s pivotal seasons with nurturing, clarity, and presence.

Drawing from years of my own motherhood journey — including the complexities of raising a neurodivergent child, the pain and misconceptions surrounding divorce, the challenge of blending families, and more — I’m here to break the silence around the struggles so many women quietly carry.

I offer soulful support for women experiencing personal growth, motherhood, relationships, life changes, and everything in between.

You are the heart of this work.

I help women come home

to who they truly are…

I’m Donna Metta Jordan, MA, LPC, CPC — the founder of Donna J TheraCoaching®, the author of an upcoming book, The Imprint Arc™, and creator of TheraCoaching— a relational integration method designed to help women navigate motherhood, relationships, and life’s pivotal chapters.

At the core of everything I develop is the belief that recognizing the patterns shaping our lives changes the way we live them. That guiding principle is woven throughout the entire TheraCoaching ecosystem. The Mother Nurture pathways are where that guiding principle comes to life— one woman, one story, and one season at a time.

I’ve come full circle — to when I first began at 28, right out of grad school and juggling all of the roles that women carry. My work was centered on children, but my thesis? It was actually all about the mom, the woman who was juggling all of the roles and responsibilities in her life and how it affected her internally. Now, I’m here to help not only moms, but women in general, as we all face different hardships.

I’m more than trained. I’ve lived this work.

I know what it’s like to lose yourself in motherhood, to carry the invisible weight of parenting a child with unique needs, to rebuild after divorce, to blend families, and to hold grief and joy in the same breath.

“I will spend my life helping other women rediscover the

parts of themselves they’ve forgotten.”

I’m here to walk beside women

through the moments that reshape us.

Women don’t need someone to tell them who to be.

They need someone to hold space for who they already are — and who they are becoming.

My own path taught me how to walk beside women with gentleness, honesty, and sacred respect.

I don’t meet women from a distance. I meet them with a depth of understanding that comes from lived experience, professional insight, and years of walking alongside what is often unseen by others.

We start with a Connection Call.

This brief phone call gives us a chance to see if Donna J TheraCoaching® is the right place for where you are today. We'll talk about what’s bringing you here and what you’re hoping to find.

This is not a TheraCoaching™ session. It's a chance to connect, ask questions, and see whether this feels like the right place for you.

By the end of the call, we'll have clarity on the way forward and which direction best fits your needs. This call may be the doorway to a transformative journey you didn't even know you needed.
